Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Cartel Cash (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website or play our browser game. We do not collect or sell your personal information. Game progress and settings stay in your browser unless a listed third-party service processes limited technical data to deliver the site, ads, or infrastructure.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, or account to play. The only data involved is:

• Local storage (your device): game progress, settings, high scores, and achievements stored in your browser — not sent to us as a identifiable profile.
• Technical data (third parties): our hosting and ad partners may automatically process data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited to serve the site and advertisements. See Third-party services below.
• Cookies: Our third-party advertising network may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery and measurement, subject to your choices and applicable law.

How we use information

• Operate and improve the game and website
• Remember your preferences and saved progress (locally on your device)
• Comply with legal obligations
• Display advertisements through our third-party advertising network

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data:

• Vercel — hosts and delivers the website. May process server logs and technical connection data.
• Firebase — we use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign a random user ID per browser (no email or password). Any data processed is governed by Google’s Firebase terms and privacy documentation.
• Adsterra (doubtfulimpatient.com) — our advertising network; serves a 728×90 banner ad slot and may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery and measurement. See Adsterra Privacy Policy.

We choose providers that help run the game and site; we do not receive a sale of your personal information from them. For Google’s practices, see Google Privacy Policy.

GDPR (EEA, UK, and similar laws)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with comparable privacy law, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable to data processed by us or our processors.

Because we do not collect or sell personal information directly, most game data remains on your device. For requests related to data that third parties (such as Google or Vercel) may process, you can also use their privacy tools. Where our advertising network uses cookies for personalized ads in the EEA/UK, you may opt out via the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance or your browser's tracking-protection settings.

Your choices

You can clear site data via your browser settings. Where required by law, you may request access, correction, or deletion regarding data we or our processors hold by contacting us (see Contact).

Children

Cartel Cash is intended for users aged 18+ and older, or whatever the adult age is in the country from which you are playing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
